Brian C. Polis
Brian C. Polis is a Patent Attorney admitted to practice in Ohio and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2009, graduating first in his class.
Brian has experience in patent preparation, prosecution and opinion work, particularly in the fields of electrical and computer engineering dealing with communications technology including radio networks, mobile devices and mobile network infrastructure, computer software and algorithms, medical imaging, automotive technology, online banking, nanotechnology, materials science, and aerospace technology.
While at Case Western Reserve University, Brian was an Associate Editor on Law Review, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and received numerous awards for academic achievement.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Physics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1998, and also received a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2001.
